This Privacy Policy covers Haque Asset Management’s website, service inquiries, and planned SMS scheduling program. Our services include appointment concierge, calendar management, event organization, and personal assistance.

Website and service inquiries

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, and details you choose to provide. We use them to respond, prepare quotes, and coordinate requested services. Squarespace hosts this website and processes contact forms and associated technical information. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in SMS.

Information used by the SMS service

When activated, the service will process authorized users' mobile numbers, SMS messages, messaging preferences, message and delivery identifiers, and calendar information needed to answer requests. Calendar information may include event titles, dates, times, locations, and invited guests.

How information is used

Information is used to check access, interpret requests, ask questions, show calendar information, carry out confirmed calendar changes, send replies, honor opt-outs, and diagnose delivery or service problems. Calendar data is not displayed on this public website.

Service providers and sharing

Twilio processes SMS delivery. OpenAI processes message content and relevant calendar context to interpret requests. Google Calendar stores and manages calendar events. Render hosts the application and its operational records. Information needed for these functions is processed by those providers. Calendar invitations and updates may be visible to the event's invited guests.

We do not sell or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is specific to Haque Asset Management Scheduling and is not transferred to another messaging program.

SMS choices and disclosures

Participation is voluntary and consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with your scheduling requests. Message and data rates may apply. Once the service is activated, invited recipients may opt in by texting START from their own phone to (315) 758-3338 after reviewing the SMS program information and Terms & Conditions, then reply Y to the confirmation prompt to complete enrollment. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

Storage and retention

The application stores message records, conversation history, calendar-operation records, and opt-out preferences on its service disk. Expiration of conversation context does not automatically delete these records. Provider logs and retention are governed separately by each provider's policies. Contact the operator to request access, correction, or deletion of application records; requests are reviewed subject to operational and legal requirements and available provider controls.

Your choices

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. STOP does not delete prior messages or calendar events. An authorized user may text START and confirm with Y to opt back in. Reply HELP or email email@42edgewood.com for assistance, privacy questions, or a data request.
